Welcome to Soothing BD. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (soothingbd.com) and services. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

  • Soothing BD is an online store based in Bangladesh offering skincare and cosmetic products.
  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a guardian.
  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
  • Colors and packaging may appear slightly different due to photography or screen display settings.
  • Product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable VAT (if any).
  • We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and other available methods.
  • For Partial COD or advance payments, the required deposit must be paid to confirm the order.
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the location:
    • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
    • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
  • Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns unless the product is:
    • Damaged during delivery
    • Incorrect item sent
  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence (unboxing video/pictures).
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit.

6. Use of Gift Cards & Discounts

  • Soothing BD Gift Cards are redeemable only on soothingbd.com.
  • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be used after the order is confirmed.
  • Only one discount/promo code may be used per order, unless otherwise stated.

7. User Accounts

  • Customers may create an account to track orders, save addresses, and receive offers.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
  • Soothing BD is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, side effects, or misuse of products. Please read product details and ingredients carefully before purchase.
  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by courier services.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, designs, and logos on soothingbd.com are the property of Soothing BD and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা

স্বাগতম Soothing BD-তে। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট (soothingbd.com) এবং সেবা ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলী প্রযোজ্য। ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ বা কেনাকাটা করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে ভালোভাবে পড়ে নিন।

১. সাধারণ তথ্য

  • Soothing BD একটি বাংলাদেশ ভিত্তিক অনলাইন স্টোর যা স্কিনকেয়ার ও কসমেটিক পণ্য সরবরাহ করে।
  • ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনার বয়স অন্তত ১৮ বছর, অথবা আপনি অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে সাইট ব্যবহার করছেন।
  • আমরা যেকোনো সময় পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়া এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার রাখি।

২. পণ্য ও বর্ণনা

  • আমরা পণ্যের সঠিক বর্ণনা, ছবি, দাম ও প্রাপ্যতা প্রদর্শনের সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে তথ্য সর্বদা শতভাগ নির্ভুল হবে এমন নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া যাচ্ছে না।
  • আলোর প্রভাব বা স্ক্রিন সেটিংসের কারণে পণ্যের রঙ বা প্যাকেজিং সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
  • পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট

  • সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে প্রদর্শিত হবে এবং প্রয়োজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ভ্যাট অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকবে।
  • আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট) এবং অন্যান্য উপলব্ধ পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।
  • আংশিক COD বা অগ্রিম পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে নির্দিষ্ট টাকা অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
  • মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে, তবে নিশ্চিত অর্ডারে এর প্রভাব পড়বে না।

৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

  • আমরা সারাদেশে নির্ভরযোগ্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি দিই।
  • ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা:
    • ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে: ১–২ কার্যদিবস
    • ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৫ কার্যদিবস
  • চেকআউটের সময় ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদর্শিত হবে।
  • কুরিয়ার সমস্যার কারণে, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অন্যান্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

  • স্কিনকেয়ার ও কসমেটিক পণ্যের প্রকৃতির কারণে আমরা রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করি না, তবে নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে:
    • পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে
    • ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে
  • গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে এবং প্রমাণ (আনবক্সিং ভিডিও/ছবি) প্রদান করতে হবে।
  • রিফান্ড (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম অথবা স্টোর ক্রেডিট হিসেবে প্রদান করা হবে।

৬. গিফট কার্ড ও ডিসকাউন্ট

  • Soothing BD গিফট কার্ড শুধুমাত্র soothingbd.com-এ ব্যবহারযোগ্য।
  • গিফট কার্ড নগদে পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয় এবং হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয়।
  • ডিসকাউন্ট কোড অবশ্যই চেকআউটের সময় ব্যবহার করতে হবে, অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
  • প্রতিটি অর্ডারে শুধুমাত্র একটি ডিসকাউন্ট/প্রোমো কোড ব্যবহার করা যাবে, যদি না আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ থাকে।

৭. ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট

  • গ্রাহকরা অর্ডার ট্র্যাক করা, ঠিকানা সংরক্ষণ এবং অফার পাওয়ার জন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে পারেন।
  • আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট লগইন তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
  • আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের জন্য Soothing BD দায়ী নয়।

৮. দায়-সীমা

  • কোনো পণ্যের কারণে অ্যালার্জি, পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া বা অপব্যবহারের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই। অনুগ্রহ করে কেনার আগে পণ্যের বিবরণ ও উপাদান ভালোভাবে পড়ুন।
  • কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কারণে বিলম্ব বা ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

৯. মেধাস্বত্ব

  • soothingbd.com-এ থাকা সমস্ত কনটেন্ট, ছবি, ডিজাইন ও লোগো Soothing BD এর সম্পত্তি। এগুলো অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

১০. আইনগত শর্তাবলী

  • এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
  • যেকোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশ এর আদালতের এখতিয়ার প্রযোজ্য হবে।
