At Soothing BD, we value our customers and strive to provide the best skincare and cosmetic products. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure both customer safety and product quality.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product was damaged during delivery.
• You received the wrong product.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. Timeframe for Request

• Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue.
• An unboxing video and/or clear pictures are required as proof.

3. Refund Options

If your return request is approved, you may receive:

• A replacement of the same product (if available), or
• A full refund of the product price.

Refunds will be processed via:

• Original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.), or
• Store credit for future purchases.

4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Discounted or clearance sale items (unless damaged or incorrect).
• Gift cards.

5. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• In the case of wrong or damaged items, Soothing BD will cover the replacement shipping cost.

🔄 রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি (Bangla)

Soothing BD সবসময় গ্রাহকদের সর্বোত্তম স্কিনকেয়ার ও কসমেটিক পণ্য সরবরাহের জন্য কাজ করে। পণ্যের প্রকৃতিগত কারণে আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি গ্রাহকের নিরাপত্তা ও পণ্যের গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রণীত।

১. রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা

আমরা শুধুমাত্র নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করি:

• ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে।
• ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে।

⚠️ স্বাস্থ্যবিধির কারণে খোলা বা ব্যবহৃত পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবে না।

২. অভিযোগ করার সময়সীমা

• ডেলিভারির পর ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
• প্রমাণ হিসেবে আনবক্সিং ভিডিও এবং/অথবা স্পষ্ট ছবি দিতে হবে।

৩. রিফান্ডের ধরন

রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট অনুমোদিত হলে আপনি পাবেন:

• একই পণ্যের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট (যদি পাওয়া যায়), অথবা
• পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ মূল্যের রিফান্ড।

রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে:

• মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট ইত্যাদি), অথবা
• ভবিষ্যতের কেনাকাটার জন্য স্টোর ক্রেডিট আকারে।

৪. যেসব পণ্য রিফান্ড/রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়

• খোলা, ব্যবহৃত বা পরিবর্তিত পণ্য।
• ডিসকাউন্ট বা ক্লিয়ারেন্স সেলের পণ্য (যদি না ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত/ভুল পণ্য হয়)।
• গিফট কার্ড।

৫. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

• ডেলিভারি চার্জ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
• ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট শিপিং খরচ Soothing BD বহন করবে।

৬. রিফান্ড/রিটার্ন করার নিয়ম

রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন করতে চাইলে:

2. অর্ডার নম্বর, ছবি/ভিডিও প্রমাণ এবং রিটার্নের কারণ প্রদান করুন।
3. আমাদের টিম যাচাই করে আপনার রিকোয়েস্ট প্রক্রিয়া করবে।
